It’s simple. I’ll show you how to still nourish your body and lose weight while dining out. During your intake form, or when you’re tracking meals, just include the places you frequent and I’ll show you how to incorporate them. 

These clarity sessions are designed for those who are generally healthy, need help understanding balanced nutrition, want to focus on weight loss goals or build healthier eating habits. This is not meant to cure or manage any current illness. Please consult with your primary physician if you are looking for assistance with managing an illness. 

Honestly, this is better than a meal plan. Instead of being given a list of foods to eat on certain days (that often causes you to stress and fall off), I’m going to show you how to still enjoy the same foods you’re eating right now and lose weight. I’ll provide balanced meal guidance so you know how to properly plate meals, how to ensure you’re eating the correct portion sizes and how to eat to remain full so you don’t have to starve yourself or constantly restart your weight loss journey. You’ll be able to eat in a way that actually fits your real life.

You’ll be taken to a page to book your time and receive an email with further instructions. This email will include a link so that you can begin logging your activity, meals and mood. I recommend that you track all activity for at least 4 days so this way, I can provide a more thorough breakdown of my recommendations. We’ll hop on our call, go over my recommendations and address any questions you have.

Yes, you’ll receive a full breakdown of food and portion sizes to ensure you’re eating the correct amount according to your goals.
